You cannot buy without subscribing, as HIP Escapes is a members only club. The only way to buy a deal is by becoming a member through signing up with your Facebook or Twitter account, and by accepting the Terms and Conditions as well as HIP Escapes’ Privacy Policy.

WHY DO I EARN CREDITS?

HIP Escapes is about recognising that you can produce a strong benefit to our Hotels by sharing their photos, visiting their website as well as Facebook or Twitter page and much more. Therefore, you earn credits for the publicity you are making for them, which is why you can get a very good deal even if the Hotel is at its full price.

DOES THE ROOM RATE INCLUDE BREAKFAST?

If breakfast is included, it will be mentioned in the “what’s included” section in the description of the deal.

WHAT IS THE HOLIDAY VALUE RELATED TO?

Each deal shows the full price of the holiday for the given dates in a specific hotel for that room type.

HOW CAN I PAY LESS EVEN THOUGH THE VALUE STAYS AT FULL PRICE?

It's a simple and unique concept. You buy the holiday at full price and simply deduct from it the credits that you personally earned as well as the credits that the whole community earned by undertaking a series of social media actions. Therefore, you only pay the difference between the full price and your credits.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUY A VACATION FOR 100€?

It is possible indeed. Technically, you could buy a vacation at the price of 10€, which is the lowest possible price. However, it depends on how much combined credit you may earn and how much is in the community earning when you try to buy.

WHAT IS THE “REFER A FRIEND” CREDIT?

Each time a friend subscribes using your personal code you earn 20€.

WHERE DO I FIND MY “REFER A FRIEND” CREDIT?

Your “refer a friend” credit can be found clicking on your “name” in the top right corner, followed by clicking the “Profile” button, where you will find your “Referral credits”.

HOW DO I USE MY REFERRAL CREDIT?

If your referral credits are more than 0€, you will find a “spend your referral credit” by clicking the “share” button.

CAN I USE THE CREDIT EARNED ON DIFFERENT DEALS?

Unfortunately, all credits earned on a deal can be spent only on the same deal. Moreover, once it's gone you can't use that credit anywhere else as they were earned by publicising a specific deal.

IS THERE A GUARANTEE OF A PARTICULAR ROOM BEING GIVEN TO US?

We usually provide the specific room that is mentioned in the deal. Some of the hotels may be providing a free upgrade upon availability.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY BOOKING?

If you would like to cancel your booking for any reason, do not hesitate to contact us by emailing our Client Support Team at client.support@hiphotels.com, who will be more than happy to look through the cancellation policy, communicate with the hotel and get back to you as soon as possible.

ARE AIRPORT TRANSFERS INCLUDED?

The transfers are usually not included in the room price, unless specified otherwise on the deal.

WHEN IS MY RESERVATION CONFIRMED?

As soon as you complete the booking process, you will receive a confirmation email from one of our support team members, which will include the confirmation number, dates, room type along will all the additional required information.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT CAN BE USED?

In order to complete a reservation, a valid credit or debit card is required. The Platform accepts most credit cards of the VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS circuit.

ARE THE DEALS ONLY FOR LAST MINUTE HOLIDAYS?

The deals presented on our website are not a last minute choice as there are a number of deals in the “coming soon” section, which are available to be booked in the following months or as well as the next weeks.

WHAT DOES 'AVAILABLE SOON' MEAN?

Due to the limited number of rooms available in each hotel, some of the dates as well as a number of new hotels will be published in the following weeks.
